Settings and brewing with a BraZen Coffee Brewer. Behmor has made a foray into the coffee brewer category with this ground-breaking model, the BraZen. This brewer, the first of its kind, allows you to set your brew temperature and holds it constant through the whole cycle. You can pre-soak the coffee grounds from 15 seconds to 4 minutes. The reservoir is made of stainless steel and doubles as the boiler. For accuracy the brewer can be calibrated for altitude. This new brewer is solid and produces a terrific cup. Comes with a goldtone filter basket.

    wow, over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee? I'm interested in this brewer, but that's a bit much :(
