@Lunzium Hahaha, Oops, meant about a 1/3rd, my relatives sure made it sound that way, haha. My area of the USA was settled by tens of thousands of Scandinavians, probably because it reminded them of home, :) It snowed about 20cm today.

Thought about becoming an expat and living in Sweden... Great grandparents came to America along with 2/3rd's of Scandinavia's population, always wanted to go back... taught myself Swedish well enough to the point where I think I'd get by. All that needs doing is to do it.

@Dabdidai you've got a point there, but the Norse crestion story share's similarities with alot creation stories, Ginnungagap, is all most like the Greek Chaos, and the first gods were giants, and the the firts Greek gods were Titans or giants, and the first man and woman Askr and Embla, share similarities with Christianities Adam and Eve. but on the point of culture, yes we do all have our own culture, and we should never forget it, but at the end of the day we are all one people :)

@TheMrBHall I know - yet culture expands over more than just religion. :) Fx. the myths of how the world was made is almost same in a lot of different cultures world wide, it's a global thingie but 'culture' is so much more. I haven't heard a creation-myth like our sagas though.
