Backstory (implied in the video): Jack rescued a naïve Elizabeth (who has always been fascinated with pirates) and seduces her into joining him as a lover and fellow pirate (using his trick compass.) However she has become increasingly unhappy with her life with Jack, he drinks and they fight. Just as she is becoming aware of what she gave up in hooking up with Jack, she meets Will, another pirate captain of a more honest and noble bearing. (Will and Jack cooperate together when it is to their mutual advantage.)
Video:
Elizabeth is trying to break it off with Jack.
She remembers their problems, his drinking, his broken promise to marry her and their fighting...she sees herself sinking with him. She feels drawn to him but she knows he is wrong for her now.
She remembers how it all began, how he tricked her with the compass. She is a little guilty, after all they have both saved each other's lives. She is trying to not focus on Will - but he appears when she thinks of what she wants.
In the musical interlude she focuses on what she left behind and the dangers she has faced as a pirate.
Then she remembers how she figured out that Jack tricked her into going with him. Jack guesses at her attraction to Will and tries to convince her to stay. However, her resolve finally stiffens and she leaves Jack.
