THE "MYSTERY FICUS" WAS IDENTIFIED BY A VIEWER AS A STANGLER FIG. THE OLD POT I HAD BROKE AND IT WAS TIME FOR AN OVERHAUL. WEEDS ARE PICKED, THE PLANT IS REPOTED AND TRIMMED.

  • Very nice video.

Please focus on the Bald Cypress as a bonsai.

At least just speak of it.

    Thank you.

  • I have a cypress growing in my front yard for the last 13 years and before that.. It is dwarfed and I always think about making it into a bonsai. I just need the courage to dig it out of the ground. Maybe I will again consider it, as It would make an interesting video. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. J.

  • i just bought a golden gate ficus bonsai. I've pruned it to the point of balness which I now regret. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to nurish it back to good health. Ive mistakenly pruned most of the main branches off, and left just one main branch that is growing lots of leaves. I was thinking should i go into the roots and trim some roots off?

  • cruel tree!!
