Weathering the Drought: Securing Water for the Future

The video focuses on the current drought in San Angelo and steps the City is taking to address the water situation, including development of the Hickory Aquifer.
Featuring interviews with: City Councilman Kendall Hirschfeld, TCEQ Water Master Program Molly Mohler, City Manager Harold Dominguez, Finance Director Michael Dane, Water Utilities Director Will Wilde, Assistant Water Utilities Director Tom Kerr, Water Conservation Manager Toni Fox and Water Quality Superintendent Ron Ruiz.
The drought portion of the video focuses on water quality changes during a drought and watering regulations for citizens. The Hickory Aquifer portion focuses on the progress of the project, the increased quality of water from the Hickory, financing information on the project and future projects with surrounding areas.
