454 motor engine running

this is my 454 with edelbrock carb and intake. It has hedman headers and flowmaster exhaust. it is out of my 77 gmc c-20, enjoy. I'm trying to sell the engine and 400 trans for $1950.

@Mcleod0000 no replacement for displacement, even though a 350 is way cheaper to build and tough as fuck and can rev way higher, a 454 always has potential for sickening torque greater (reflected apon the fact that its over 100 cubic inches bigger) compared to a 350

@darkreaper500 the 350 sucks in 5.7L of air and gas . The 454 sucks in like 7 + . Huge diffrence between the 2 . But the 350 will always be a better bang for your buck , and so much more easy and cheap to maintain and repair . It's looking like the end of that style of power pretty quick here . The price of a barrel of oil is like 91$ and it definately isnt going down . in fact is probably going to rapidly go up to 200$ a barrel sending gas to like 4-5$ per gal . Will be hard to replace gas

@darkreaper500 350 will get like 14 mpg and leave marks, 454 will get like 7 mpg and leave marks till you let off the accelerator. but if you get a diesel with a 402 and have it pushin 350 hp u will be gettin 18 miles to the good ol gallon.
