Grandia 2 - Mareg's Death

This is when Mareg died on Valmar's Moon as he was letting Ryudo, Elena, and Tio escape. However, the Granasaber's energy is almost depleted and so Mareg prayed to Granas to let Ryudo and the others escape. The prayer is as follows:

"Hey, Granas! Are you listening? This is my first and last prayer to you. If you have any power left, take them away, away to safety!"

Then he was totally grumbled by Valmar's monsters and the moon's craters were lit.

Ryudo, Elena and Tio were able to escape, however, the Granasaber was destroyed after it landed back to Earth at the South of Cyrum Kingdom but Ryudo, Elena and Tio was unharmed.

Helpful Tip: There's a bag around the broken Granasaber after that crash landing which gives you back the points you spent on Mareg. :)

Ugh. Like, WTC? I totally used all my seeds on him. Then I died a lot then finally beat the game. But now I don't like it a lot anymore. The fact that Tio is his replacement is depressing.

Since Crackling + BKB = kills the Valmar Young instantly,why iddnt he do that when i gave that + Skill Books to him lol

note: Better to have killed him off with a survival mission,then without a fight like this lawl

@unknownakatsuki I think any gamer would think like that but, I also think that you're being too technical. I mean, c'mon. We all know Mareg 'can do better than that', but at that part of the story, they were most probably tired after all that happened on Valmar's Moon and they were hurrying to escape.

@Darkestcloak This death wasn't unnecessary. The Granasaber almost had no power left and it was Mareg's prayer which helped them go back to Earth successfully.

@crestofvalmar123 I happen to hate hard games. Until the end, I never died more than twice in a boss fight. Twice in a fight became the average for me. I hate hard games. But this game has super good music. I had all the best stuff on Ryudo, which didn't help as much as I wanted.
