2009 Gorman Ridge Rally // Stage12

Leon Styles / Katianna Pihakari in Gorman 2009 flying with a Subaru STI from TopQuality Racing. First car on stage 12. Obvious from the movie, we lost all rallylights when the sun set, on the start line for stage 11 (we turned them on and blew a fuse...). Luckily (?) I also lost my map light and was reading the notes with a mini-maglite (Thanks Keith!).... Still a second fastest stage time!

Thanks! But I have to admit that in certain ways the two stages with only head lights were easier than the six+ miles on a rim (we blew the front right tire in the beginning of a 7-mile stage).

Damn you drove stage 12 with just head lights? I much preferred Having to drive it with out a skid plate and 4 KC Day lighters.
