I used to have hour long tournaments too. This and Iss Pro 98 are my 2 favourite football games.

A fantastic sports game and just about the best sports game on Sega Saturn. Everything just came together perfectly, and this was one of those rare moments where the Playstation was outclassed. The US Saturn didn't have enough great games, but the ones that were released were spectacular.

I won the game by a lottery. That game was banging. You could score goals from the middle-line :D
But did you ever notice: Many Teams had the "ode to joy" from Beethoven as National Anthem.Including Saudia-Arabia :D:D
And this game could see in the future -> Poland has a player name "Błaszczykowski" ;)

@Ekel90 Actually the Japanese version had the right anthems for every team, dunno why they changed it to ode to joy in other versions.

My biggest win on sega worldwide soccer is England 64 - Brazil and it was the final of the worldwide cup

Once I tried a 30 minutes long match on the lowest level and the score was Italy 107 Canada 0. The scoreboard stopped at 99-0 though...
