  • Any chance can you tell us what's your diet in a common day.. That'd be interesting since you're getting alot more bigger in each video and you say it's all abou diet!

    I've already checked your website but I need a sample diet coming from you that'd be interesting to know! :D

  • @danielcreations as of now I'm on a bulk, so I eat everything, including junk (enjoying my food), trying to eat as much as I can. (on level of overweight person).

  • the best routine IMO is, roids, eat, lift, roids, sleep RINCE AND REPEAT!

  • @yanislav16 Hey man how many calories are you eating roughly? my bodytype is an endomorph but im now skinny and was wanting to bulk up, currently at 62kg just wondering is a 3000 calorie diet issufficient for a clean bulk?
