Crackle, Sony Pictures Television's multi-platform network, has added a new original series to its list premiering Friday, July 13. "The Unknown" is a horror anthology series created by Chris Collins ("Sons of Anarchy") with directors including Sam Nicholson of "The Walking Dead" and Kevin Connolly of "Entourage." Jay R. Ferguson who was Stan Rizzo on "Mad Men" stars in the gory third episode, "Prime Cut," about an experimental ingredient that redefines fine dining. It's not for the squeamish. Five of the series' six episodes will go up next Friday, the last airing on July 20.
