Hi, Yes for this particular helmet I did buy from an asian costume maker. It is fan made. Made out of fiberglass. But the current helmet I use for the show is more TV/movie accurate and made from the same mold as the show. These are all fan made since Bandi and Disney never made any replica props for sale. So someone has the original mold? Is the new one much more accurate than this one? Probably a lot more expensive than the replica as well? I'm thinking that buying a replica would be easier, as the guy will make helmets your size...?

No, the orginal mold for the TV show is either destroyed or locked away somewhere. No offical replicas were made by Bandi. Since Disney now bought Bandi, they will never make offical replicas. The helmet that I currently use is from a fan that got it from another fan. They are regular size, so normal people should be able to fit them. Bit more expansive yes, but if you want TV show accuracy, you have to pay for it. Check out my kaisepictures[dot]com site for wallpapers of my suit. Thanks!

I really like it, you got to work on your timing when it comes to the characters responding and you need to sound more genuine, really get into it without becoming a characature. regardless, I liked it. And I hope you do more installments.
