i find it strange, when talking to gay people, that any other "condition" that you can name,be it a sexual issue or a moral issue or a behavior issue,is always treated as something that can either be controlled by the person or changed.all except being gay.that is off limits.God loves all of us,but the only way He can help us is if we are honest with ourselves.if we have in our hearts that something cant change,then we have already given up. is God strong enough to change what u say cant be? Deviancy is an act or an action. Deviancy describes behavior, not an inborn or inherent condition. Homosexuality is a state of being. It is like being being born with blue eyes and blonde hair as opposed to having brown eyes and auburn hair.

i have a serious question, i pray that it doesnt offend anyone,but it probably will.however im still gonna ask it because i honestly want to know.other than the fact that most homosexuals are consenting adults (though not all) what makes them different from someone who was "born" with a sexual deviancy? is it genetics that make a person any one of the philiacs? did God make them like that?

@floydpoenitz according to the very same "scientists" that you get your "DNA" information from, addiction is also coded in "DNA". my point was that some people have a tendancy towards theft,or lying,or whatever.the correlation is the mind.there are some people who are sexually excited by death.thats not in the genetics friend,thats in the mind.sexual attraction has nothing to do with love,its a mental mechanism that unfortunetly can be twisted by satan.there is always a choice .God bless you.

Whether you actually act out and allow yourself to love someone (again heterosexual or homosexual) is a choice, that is true. But living a live without love is a very unfulfilling life and one that I don't wish on anyone, and it was God who gave the first human a partner to share their life with.
