There is a spot of ice on the floor from a drip over the door and the door bricks needed some ice and moisture removal so I loose bricked the door and started lighting warming fires in the Pignose to dry any moisture that must have gotten into some of the bricks. I still have pots in the house to dry and glaze so I might as well warm the chamber so they won't freeze when I load them. To get an idea of some results see my Etsy shop at ...

hey cool I have a lot of experience throwing pots in high school. That looks like a good kiln. I wish you was my neighbor so I could use your kiln.

@shartne Ha, I wish you was my neighbor so I could put you to work helping fire the kiln. Unfortunately I will take the kiln apart after the next firing and start moving as much of the studio as I can before May.
