  • Now Ed, you should have pity on those who have not been blessed to have a world class Sifu like yours. Some of us have had to come up the hard road. Give us some credit for being thorough in our research of this beautiful art. Lol!

  • Thanks for this one Ed. I was suspect on this one. I had been taught years ago that it was used for a double strike. That was when I had less then knowledgeable teachers. I have since learned otherwise, but still it was not explained in the way that you guys did it.

  • Pheanix eye and ginger fist.. Is that really teached in the Yip man / Beutifull spring wing chun or is it more like the chu chong man, Eternal spring wing chun ? have your shifu Fong mixed or is this taught in every style of wing chun?
