Super Macho Man - Super Punch-Out!! (Arcade)

And thus, my journey through the original arcade games is concluded. Hope you enjoyed the ride!

As a rule, I always keep recording after I make mistakes just in case something awesome happens. Such is the situation in this video, where I forgot Super Macho Man can do an uppercut after two jabs instead of wind up for a spinning punch (despite the fact that earlier in the fight I already dodged one such combo)... so I got clobbered. But there was some awesome tango going on right before the second knockdown, so I just had to keep this clip. Cherish it!

Super Macho Man was nowhere near as irritating as Great Tiger for me. He has only a handful of moves, and they're all simple to deal with. The only real challenge, of course, is that they happen very quickly. The fact that it's entirely random doesn't help, but I'm of the belief that Punch-Out!! needs more randomness anyway. This is a classic example of what a good fight is like.

Lol. this version has fifty times better music than any other punch out game, it's also very fun to hear the weird voice every time you hit xD "Right right left right hook" "He's down for the count" "KnOCKout" XD
