The Cavs became the first team to advance to the second round after sweeping the Pistons with a 99-78 win Sunday. LBJ and Mo Williams combined for 60 points. Mo Williams had 24 points, 4 assist and 1 rebound while LeBron James had 36 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists to lead the Cavaliers to a sweep of the Pistons.
