In 2009, engineer Scott Sadlon traveled from Berkeley, California, to Darfur, Sudan, to build thousands of fuel-efficient stoves for distribution to rural areas of Darfur. Today, this simple innovation—created by Oxfam and our partner organizations—is making a difference for women living through years of conflict.
