You have literally the perfect stomach for a woman in my opinion

funny how she's doing ab workouts but doesn't have abs...

you can't "spot-train" as you're all suggesting. stop looking at her tits. listen to what she's saying. it's bull-shit. training abs is great if you need core strength for certain sports, but don't expect yourself to get a six-pack by doing this. same with your bis and tris, kid. you can't "remove fat and tone muscle". toning muscle implies that you lose fat everywhere, as it's impossible to target a certain area and lose fat specifically that way.

After a few situps I can't get all the way back up and I "climb" my own legs, which also works if there's no other way. Great demo and I'm happy to see I was given the same boots.

Now all you need is a health insurance that covers basal skull fracture.

how often do you train abs with gravity boots? i have been using them at the beginning of my ab workout bc of how tough it is - just dont know if I'm overworking if I do this every 2 days when i work abs
granthanna85 1 year ago
@granthanna85 yea you never want to train any part of your body every day, I do the same as you, every other day, sometimes I go 2 days in between. You're not overworking your muscles unless you do it everyday an don't give your abs a chance to recover. You'll get to a point where you will be able to do them at the end of your workout; maybe try doing 2 sets at the beginning and 1 at the end just to transition easier and build from there

Wow, this looks really painful. You know what they say, though, "No pain, no gain." Looks great for both abs and back.
P.S.: Great muscle tone you have there. I have pretty good muscle tone, in my abs, chest, legs, pretty much everything besides my biceps and triceps, but just now getting out of my teen years have I started eating properly, instead of eating all junk, so I have a bit of fat over the muscle. Would this exercise help remove the fat, as well as continue toning the muscle?

@TheVillainOfThisTale this definitely helps lower your fat and tone muscle since you're not lifting any extra weight besides your own body weight it does exactly that, as long as you stay consistent with your workouts. Good Luck!
