Checklist Usage in Commercial Aviation

In the cockpit, every time we prepare to fly an airplane, we go through a checklist. We have a physical checklist in front of us that is plastic form and we go through each item every time, regardless of how many times before we have used it. As we go through it, if we are interrupted for any reason, we go back and start over from the beginning.
