Judging by the two voicechat notifications on the screen, it looks like two people just happened to play the Medic x Heavy micspam and the Pokemon music at the same time. Was it just a coincidence? They go together so well, especially with the high-pitched "MEDIC! EeeeeEEEYYYAAAAaaAAaAAAGGGHH--"
