Of this I'm aware, but how many Japanese or Koreans do you know, or how many have you heard, that speak like that naturally ?

Probably because most anime characters are voiced by Japanese or Korean ect. people and I assume the robots would be too.

Why do most Japanese & / or Korean, etc., robot voices sound like anime characters ? Or did I just answer my own question ?

Nice presentation, aesthetically attractive, ( face like a geisha girl, body of a pseudo - Star Wars Storm Trooper with breasts & buttocks )but she / it sounds like she / it inhaled a baloon full of helium.

@knoxvilleguy2

The voiceI'm willing to bet is from the program "Vocaloid". Vocaloid was made from the start for Computers to "Sing" J-pop songs. You can also write songs with it. Other videos have had the HRP-4C Cosplaying (Dressed as) Miku Hatsune, 1 of the Mascot's of the program.

Roy99988:

I think that's the case for HRP 4 - C & the android Aiko.

Singing is part of the P.R.
