The delegates from World Citi Colleges ( http://www.worldciti.edu.ph ) during the 3rd Annual Global Education Consortium (GEC) Conference held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on November 8-10, 2009. Shown here are Dr. Ramon V. Guico III, President of World Citi Colleges Aviation Co., Dr. Arlyn Grace V. Guico, President & CEO of World Citi Colleges, Inc., Mr. Arniel Gutierrez, Asst. Director for International & Transnational Online Education, and Dr. Anacleto B. Millendez, Director for International & Transnational Online Education, World Citi Colleges. GEC promotes the cooperation and resource sharing among the higher education organizations around the world, and as a result, make the learning opportunity available to more and more students in different countries. Now over 80 member colleges and universities from Taiwan, China, Korea, Philippine, Chile and Vietnam participate in GEC.
