  • Hey man, sorry to break the flow off all the compliments but what weight card do you use for these because I find that when I use the ballpoint it really starts to warp the card?? Might be me being too heavy handed I dont no. Amazing stuff though blew my mind!!

  • @laddermat I use Bleache White Bristol Card. It's about 350 gsm or more.

i used to warp the paper, thats why i use card.

  • Wow... I mean... WOW man. Thats so cool. What kind of ballpoint pen do you use? I mean, more litterally, what brand?

  • @Mistyrocks4ever Bic Cristal Medium

  • @8888WOLF8888 lucky for me the person who bought it didn't think so......

  • @jamesMylne I know this video was made a while ago and you use card, but if I were to use paper, what would be the best surface to have under it? Would foamboard work for that? I don't know what would work best with pen :/ Great work though! you have inspired me to draw again!

  • please tell me what technique you use! cross hatching, shading, or pointilism? it looks so smooth!

  • Two people don't own ballpoint pens.

  • @jamesMylne Just one question... How do you make beautiful art like this with just a ballpoint pen?!

  • @MrGayness I was finished with this conversation 18 months ago, until you started asking for my expert knowledge, now kneel down for me and open your mouth up wide

  • @8-------D ya im kinda done with this conversation ..(yawn)

  • @MrGayness There are many artists on here using projectors, tracing and grid techniques to produce drawings then using video editing to give the impression that their art was produced by free hand. I'm not criticizing this guys skill level or especially his patience to draw using ball point pen as it is a very tedious and risky process regardless of the technique used. My only criticism was that the center of attention is the graffiti tag, the portrait is like a side order of fries.

  • @8888WOLF8888 its not just anyone that can draw like that,it takes time and expericence to get at that level of pen work, and who say he cant take the criticism its ovious that there is going to people that like it or dislike his work but who wouldnt like this. by trickery what do you mean.any ways his work is great period
