  • You sure look pretty in this one Katie. Please can you do more reviews on male fragrances? I will shower you with more compliments if so. Not in a perverted sycophantic way though I am afraid.

  • treeoftears - no need for the compliment shower, I've got more masculine fragrance reviews on the way, including one for the new Terre d'Hermès parfum. Thanks for watching!

  • Awesome - I am intrigued to see what you think about it. Jean-Claude Ellena is a genius yet I am still undecided on the Terre d'Hermes and the Td'H parfum. I am hoping they will grow on me as is sometimes the case. Ellena's Concentrée D'Orange Verte is one of my all time favourite scents and a work of pure minimalistic art. If you ever favourably review that, I might just have to marry you. What's wrong with bigamy where fragrance is concerned?

  • Oh, Concentrée d'Orange Verte is a joy, isn't it?

    Haha, perfume bigamy.

  • Thanks for the male fragrance reviews Katie!

  • Sure thing - I'm trying to keep 'em coming.

  • Thanks! I have no idea what the other Word hosts are up to.

  • Cool Water is a classic men's fragrance, but so popular that it's played out when guys wear it. But it actually takes on a new life when a woman wears it, I think.

And Dior Fahrenheit is actually one of my very favorites! Woman could easily wear this one, as well as Chanel Égoïste (the original, not the platinum version). I wear Égoïste, as well as Ormonde Man & Tom Ford for Men Extreme. I do love woody, leathery, spicy scents. But I'm not a fan of those sneezy, so-called "sport" colognes.

  • You were the best part of 'The Word', what's Terry Christian doing these days?
