Roy seems like he's lost a step, he is much slower now, he doesn't have the ability to make the defenders miss anymore. He has admitted that until he went to Dallas he never lifted weights, in college you can get away with that, but now in the pro's his poor work ethic is catching up with him. Don't blame it on the QB, just get separation from the DB Roy and you'll get the ball!!!
