the composer is Yoko Kanno. I assume you'll only get the complete OST in Japan. I recorded this song from the DVD to share it with you.

@AlexisNembrode This is "In yer memory" by Takkyu Ishino. According to Wikipedia Yoko Kanno did the rest of the score but not this. But maybe this is a remix or colaboration.
