Beyonce has been saying it for years, she never wanted to have children, so it would not surprise me that she'd have a surrogate to not put her body through the stress. That is part of the reason for the closing off the hospital wing. She didn't want everyone else to know that, and perhaps other things. For once, she's wearing fabric that doesn't hug her body, it's loose and flowing, so yes, the dress bunched/folded. They need to just put this to rest.
