Any song that has a "motherly" feel is excellent for her.

I'm curious how she would sound singing "Swanheart".

Her voice is, from my point of view, perfectly capable for that part.

At first they said she wouldn't be able to pull off DPP songs live, and she did, then they doubted about Dark Chest of Wonders, but she did. Next it was Escapist, and again she did.

Now Dead boy's poem. everyone said she wouldn't be able to pull it off, but she perfectly did!!

So STFU, she has proven enough already to keep doubting.

I love listening to her versions of the old songs. It's like painting a house, you get sick of looking at (listening to) the same thing for years, throw on a new coat of paint (singer) and its a whole new house (song)

Tarja voice's even if it's good is nothing opposite anette's,she can sing in many ways from really metal(her voice is so strooooong) to warm and emotional songs

@BrandonHarami I think that all the nightwish songs are perfect for the souls, it dosent matter who sing, I like the metal music, and I know so many and nightwish is the only one who can take in a perfect hideaway, and make me feel lonely and content at the same time, is a rare kind of happiness....into a lagoon

I'm probably going to be flamed by several people for this, but there is no competition in this song. Anette is SO much better at singing this song than Tarja. This gig in particular is outstanding.
