Where did the kid learn to play like that?

A lot of people have asked where Andrew learned to play guitar. Here is a section of a recent lesson where Andrew's instructor, Chuck, gives Andrew some room to explore. It's all improv. Lessons are usually a mixture of some theory and a lot of jamming. Chuck has such a vast musical background and a great feel for what the student needs that no two lessons are ever the same. Chuck also has that key ingredient, patience. Andrew was 10 when this was videotaped. Chuck, the instructor is playing guitar with Andrew.
