He's given it away in the video title. Lunges mostly work the glutes and quads. But Lui is referring to GLUTES, since a glute is the largest SINGLE muscle in the whole body.

@luimarco 3 times a week? Woah, that's alot Lui. I have the same problem, small wrists and small forearms, makes me look like i have fake muscle. Let me know how your forearms go, maybe even do a video on it. That'll help me alot.

There is nothing in this world like squats......I tore a glute muscle in High School!! ....very painful....I am now old and have 2 bad knees

lmfao. You can't make wrists bigger. Its the natural makeup of your skeletal build.
Doesn't matter though, small wrists are good. It makes your forearm give bigger appereance like its all pumped up. Bodybuilding is illusion.

Lui, im in the same position as you and have small wrists. What are you going to do to increase size in them and forearms?
Btw how many inches are your wrists?
