That funshine saturday man is the best, i always liked him and that little song. Its just soooo 1970's . My kids were little then, and the TV was on all morning, and i remember that , A Sunshine Saturday on ABC song . Sweet memories.

There was a big run-up to funshine saturday after "socko-saturday" in the previous season. Very few new releases like saturday superstar movie. Just another re-hash of older ones. Back in the mid-sixties there were numerous new shows because the economy was still very good.
