One thing you guys need to remember is that it takes the human body about 30 minutes after eating something to actually FEEL full - That's why some people overeat, because they still feel somewhat hungry. Because of that, you need to eat slowly and actually savor your food!

I deffinetly feel your pain... There is nothing worse than trying to choke down 2 cups of plain brown rice, and a whole chicken breast. Or oatmeal and egg whites. 6-8 times a day =S

I always feel like im gonna die after i eat...Because my meal after workout looks like this.
0,5 liters of water + 35g of whey protein powder + 70g glucose. I drink that emidiatly after the workout, and that fills me up to the point when i think im gonna explode. And then in half an hour i have another meal, usually 250g of tuna +whole grain bread + rice + fruit salad. And i have 4-5 meals like that during the day...ugh, makes me sick when i think of food, but the muscles grow fast.

but I am not slim, you bet.
