The big give away would be the man with Pink hair, the fact that this is a music video not a period drama and that Lady Georgianna (The group) perform a variety of English 18th century songs of which I do not believe include any penned by the Duchess of Devonshire - actually did she write any popular music?

Thank you for the history lesson.
I think you may find that they are not a 'tribute' act and are not seeking to be accurate historical impersonations of an historical figure - In fact there are three performers.
