It gets worse. Hopper came out and endorsed Obama. The combo of Ameriprise and Obama will wipe out most retirees financial plans.

Yeah, Ace only Ameriprise will save those poor baby boomers with their twin superpowers Oversold VUL and RAVA...I guess those brokers at the "Big bad firms" don't want the commission money. Who told you that? Don't you have PMM script to memorize...Do the tax triangle for me next time:)

Dreams don't retire and neither do Ameriprise client:) See that is sarcasm...Thanks Ameriprise clients paying those high fees bought lunch for me and 10 of my coworkers...I would not say all 12,000 advisors are horrible people, but with such poor supervision how is the consumer to know?

All 12,000 Ameriprise advisers are horrible people. Every single one of them is scamming Ameriprise's 2 million clients. Also, all racial minoritys are criminals. They provide no value to middle class Americans (assets under $1 million) that the big financial planning firms wont service. Middle class people should not dabble in financial planning and should just wing it to retirement. It is a evil evil corporation.

You really must work for them...Enron had great performance at one time, so they must have had great management. Hundreds of millions in fines must really be helping the EPS (look it up dumb ass).

You are right about the commissions, and most companies face fines from time to time. However, I have worked for several firms including Ameriprise and their is a huge difference. Unlike the other people on this page I don't work for amerippoff. So I can only say ask some other brokers...My only agenda is to laugh:)

Again with the couldn't hack it as an advisor line...I guess your FVP told you it so it must be true. Memorized it just like the PMM Script huh...Did you ever look at the SEC page to see about the compliance issues? Keep the lying to the paying customers

I agree that that this is merely a person who wanted to be an advisor and could not hack it. Ameriprise holds its advisors to compliance levels above the industry averages. Securities America, a subsidiary of Ameriprise has been causing a grunt of the lawsuits, they are not held to teh standards of Ameriprise Financial Advisors.
