Stopout™ Blockout Wall Switch Lockout from Accuform Signs®

Flip the switch, flip the lockout. Dual use lockout device works on both rocker/toggle and flat paddle switches. Prevent accidental switch of the circuit. Using the existing switch plate screws to attach, the lockout device fully encloses the entire switch in the desired position. Simply fold down the door which is supported by a living hinge to block access to the screws and lock out access, thus preventing removal of the device. Secure with standard padlock (sold separately). 4 1/2"H x 1 5/8"W x 7/8"D lockout is uniquely designed to remove the opportunity for error by only allowing the
device to be applied in the direction of the desired lock out position -- on or off. The bright red plastic lockout calls attention to the lockout situation.
