Very nice! You practice Long Fist, also? This was the first sequence that I ever learned. Although I sit deeper in my stances, is this correct to do? Should this form be done "deep" or "tall?"

when practicing there are many ways. high, medium, tall, slow, fast, med, Open, closed, offensive, and defensive.
Very nice! I just learned Lin Bu Chuan, recently. I hope when I record, it looks half as good as this, very good!
