Great question! I sometimes find myself testing different passwords if I"m not sure.

I would give the FTP password a try.

I must be doing something wrong. I can't seem to get logged into via filezilla when I create a new file. Im not sure which password to put in. I use Godaddy. do I use the password for my Godaddy login or my FTP login? thx
