  • I also do a lot of different kinds of exercise. I rotate different exercises each day as well.

    I'm also not giving up things I like forever either. I am going by calories and things I love in moderation. ^^

  • hehe good points! ya right now my body uses so many calories per day that sometimes I find myself ending with something like 2400 per day if I'm waay too hungry. It'll be easier to stay consistently at 1800 once I weigh less I think. thanks for letting me know what you do and gj on your losses!

  • Logan -- I think you are doing awesome, and you can already notice it in your face for sure. Try working more fruits and veggies into your diet, and I think the Saturday thing is awesome. and you deserve it. I eat on a points system which allows me so many points a day and everything (food) you a figure a number to it by figuring the fat, fiber and calories and then assign it the points and take it away from your starting points, when your points are gone you are done eating for the day.

  • Thanks a bunch Danny! Ya so far I'm loving eating strawberries, it feels good eating raw food instead of stuff that doesn't exist in nature so I'm going to try and increase that. Your plan sounds good, things like that and weightwatchers and such are really awesome. Calorie counting is pretty similar with when I hit my goal calories then I also stop eating. Thanks :)

  • You are right.. one pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you have a 7000 calorie over the course of the week you will lose two pounds. if you over eat a few hundred calories per day, in a week you will have gained a pound.. simple math.. thanks for your video!

  • Your doing well. I'm on the calorie diet as well. My starting weight was 342lbs. I'm a girl and I'm 5'8. I started off eating around 2100 calories. After losing 63lbs I've cut it down to 1700 to 1800 a day. I like to switch it up so my body doesn't get use to one thing.
