The Africans don't have any genetic advantages. What they DO have is a culture devoid of the sloth, stress, and daily distractions of the Western World. Our lot of potential distance running talent these days is mostly wasted on Twinkies and video games. They don't believe in God so they have no appreciation of how their God-given talent is being wasted.
