Duffy and Riddick. how the hell can you guys be saying this was a win loss issue. no one wins or loses from this type of situation... Moore loses the ability to play the game he loves to play forever. Bertuzzi has to live with the guilt that he couldve perminantly altered this man's life forever. No one should deserve to have this happen to them, not even players in today's world like Avery, or Cooke ect. and no one should live with the guilt of causing it. this is no way a win loss thing

Oh and FYI, if you go to google and keyword search 'CBC sports Steve Moore', it will show you that Bertuzzi was eventually found guilty of assault causing bodily harm and sentenced to a year's probation and 80 hours of community service.

So yes...Bertuzzi is a criminal.

Just going to throw that out there that i've been saying that all along. The Avalanche still had to pay Moore his contract so He was making money for the rest of the season and and is still reaping the benefits the NHL gives you for an instance like this.

And sweetheart, in the hockey world, you don't have enforcers as alternate captains...the job of a captain and his alternates is to keep the peace asa much as possible. Of course you wouldn't know that having never actually played the sport yourself so I can accept that you have no knowledge of how a TEAM works...or what fair punishment is.
