The Bush DOJ did them a favor by only pursuing a civil case against them which they lost because they never showed up. The Obama DOJ dropped the civil case minus one slap on the wrist.

This was the most blatant act of voter intimidation ever caught on video. This was the easiest case they ever prosecuted.

I think people who call this voter intimidation are racist. Why just becuz a black guy with a baton in his hand means you are intimidated? Dont blacks have the 2nd amendment right to bear arms too? Or are we back in the days right after slavery where whites made laws that said only whites could arm themselves? The white woman behind him was casually walking and talking on the phone. She doesnt look scared or even concerned about the black panther. I think the camera man is just a racist wimp.

If the accusations were true voters would have been complaining on election day.

No voters have said they were intimidated, or prevented from voting.

The case was not dropped. Bush dropped the case from criminal to civil.

No victims, no crime. Obama administration won the civil case. The guy with the is stick banned from polling booths until 2012.
