Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - Supreme Panic Magic (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister after a lifetime of fighting Got rid the panic breakdowns with it.

Your Social Anxiety Disorder and what you go through with it sounds a lot like mine..When anxiety takes over, it totally turns us into a shell of who we really are and that makes it almost impossible to share our true selves with others. I know what you are going through.i know this is controversial in the SAD community, but are you taking medication, it really does help.

Oh my goodness.... I've seen alot of vídeos on people with SAD and i've been able to empathize with them, but seeing this video of how you're involved in church and trying to turn your anxieties over to God really moved me. @musicisgood88 That Is one of the main reasons for making this video. I do believe that all of us can get better and alway remember Peter 1 5 7 Cast your cares to the Lord for He cares for you. If you don't mind me asking do you belong to a community of faith. I have found the other believers at my church to be a fount of caring and help
