Salahis Say 'no' to Invitation to Testify

Tareq and Michaele Salahi declined an invitation to testify to Congress about 'crashing' the president's state dinner last week. The move has prompted a lawmaker to threaten that they will be forced by subpoena to testify.

They are tacky and low rent. People in the Virginia wine industry (of which Tarak is supposedly a part) have know about him being a puffed up little man for a long time. No substance, just wanting to be seen as being at the top of the social ladder.

Too bad, his father, who started Oasis Winery, did very well, was a nice person and made good wine. Tarek just ran it into the ground. Even people who knew him as a school mate at Randolph Macon Military Academy say he was a snotty punk as a kid.

This whole situation is very suspicious. With the pictures indicating perhaps Obama did know these folks before they visited the white house, and now they refuse to parade before the senate? How is this reconciled with the fact that they are supposed media-whores? What is the truth? Who are these people? Did they really know the president and where they invited?

I understand that some people aren't going to see this for what it is, saying he deserved it because of his position on health care! But when bush was there, this was unacceptable. Also unaccepatble, the gun-bringing to town hall debates about health care. With Bush, this was unacceptable!

Obama is held to a different standard, understood!

CBC didnt take them for granted, just because they were white, they kicked they asses out! But the obama white house didnt, and some will call that normal!

My real proof that these folks are crazy is the fact that they knew the clarity of their invite was "fuzzy" at best, but because they are of a certain race, and entitlement attitude, they thought it right to just walk on in and let the folk call their names and take pics of them!

I hate being racist, but i have think what would have happened, if say, obama's brother would have shown up without credentials? Can i believe they would have called his name, knowing they didnt see it on the list?
