I love this idea. Thanks for sharing. I hope that I can find some cute frogs like yours at the Dollar General that's next to where I live.This is so much cuter and cheaper than buying holders for DPNs.
I will probably use materials on hand rather than look for cute ends. Sitting by my computer are bottles of baby medications (poly-vi-sol, tylenol, gas relief) with the rubbery eyedropper bulb on the tops of the bottles. Rather than chuck them in the garbage when the medicines are gone, I'm going to see if the dropper ends will work for my sock needles, and mark the bulbs with a sharpie marker for size. Great idea, thanks for the clear tutorial.

What a great idea! Some of my DPNs do not have the size on them so, what I did was to keep a list of which size needles were in which holder.
