So, we were chilling over at Veggie's house when I went through his top shelf and found some old games that no longer work on his computer. I thought we should try them out, especially considering I remember playing the DroidWorks demo excessively as a child wishing I could play the real thing. 10 years later, I saw this as the perfect opportunity. Unfortunately, Virtual PC '07 only works with PowerPC Macs, and none of the games worked under Classic emulation. I thought the game had escaped me once again when Veggie revealed what is most likely a very valuable and very hidden archive of working Mac laptops, so we chose his older sister's G3, which booted up perfectly and ran the game surprisingly well. We had nostalgia up the bum, needless to say.

  • I just died of nostalgia overdose.

  • @Veggieburger802 Yeah, watching this again I remembered how cool that was. That was a lot of fun. Reminds me of why on Earth I bother with updating rather than buying new gear in the first place. Makes it all worth it :)

  • @OneWithWaves Yeah I'm wicked excited to watch the next 2 parts tomorrow. And you def have to come over and we need to stay up all night and actually BEAT this game. Like all the way through.

  • @Veggieburger802 Damn! Do you have any idea how long that could take? I read the desert missions are just TRAINING. TRRAAAIIIINIIIING! AAAAAGHHHHH!

  • This game, Rebel Assault 2, Yoda Stories, and Dark Forces were all great. The assassin droids on this game scared the living shit out of me when I was a kid.

  • Dude I still have a home video from my family, where when I open my present and look at the game, my dad asks my 9 year old ass 'is that the game that you were tying to download the day? ha knew it'

  • can you please upload it and give me the link since i lost my game and i want to play it

  • @OneWithWaves FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
