  • I wonder what will happen if you find the device and destroy it. You'll probably get charged for destruction of government property and detained indefinitely as a terrorist.

  • So does this mean I can put GPS tracking devices on anyones car since they're in public domain?

  • This is an old video.

The U.S Supreme court ruled a few weeks ago that law enforcement must obtain a warrant in order to use GPS tracking devices.

  • If I discovered one of those attached to my car, gawd would I have fun with that. First stop would be the Police Chief's house after he had left for work to make him believe I was having an affair with his wife...

  • If they can enslave you to the State (tax on your body and its labor) the SLIPPERY SLOPE, than they can do ANYTHING they want.

    Libtards will be Libtards.

  • To be honest, I'm not hugely shocked about this, but that might be because I live in a country where cops have always (I think) been allowed to do warrantless home searches and all that stuff... so I'm used to the idea that the police just have a lot of freedoms...

  • where are you from?

  • Good news everyone- as of this morning the Supreme Court in US v. Jones has said that this sort of thing IS a search and without a warrant is unconstitutional.

  • This is brilliant! So I can obtain the scent gland of a mink and stick it inside a hot car if it's parked outside a mall. Hey it's out in public...
