I've seen this also happening on a Porsche of the Belgian NGT Racing. Those doors are indeed only mounted with two simple pins, very easy to take them off.

How did you see that lol? Westy managed to hit it off lol.. It's only mounted with two pins to the car, not bolted in, so teams can work on the car easily in the garages! Never had this before though, funny..
