Paraskevi is the second most annoying GUILT to S Rank.
Paraskevi operations start with small lacerations that can be sutured easily. When Paraskevi emerges, laser its tail, and then slice it in half. This will cause damage, and can get hectic quickly if you get TOO reckless. Just keep stunning and slicing until it is small to extract. Take time, but don't take TOO much time. Leave a Paraskevi body alone for too long, and it will move to another part of the body (no way to tell when it will move on). You get 2 chances to stop Paraskevi: moving from the intestines to the...large intestine?...to the stomach....to the final stop: the heart. Stop it there, or it will be instant fail. Oh, and did I mention if ANY body moves, kiss that S Rank goodbye!

S Rank...damn I feel good! Too bad I can't get S Rank on the actual game. =( (have an A on Infection, and B on Sixth Sin..I think)

When I didi this operation after I cut the GUILT apart I used the healing touch to keep up with it. Took a couple of tries before I beat but that's history.

Apparently you can tell when Paraskevi will burrow to a different organ by looking at it's tail. If the tail starts to move rapidly that's supposed to mean it's ready to burrow to a different organ... not sure if this is true though...
