Ash talking is all Chinese, but the music seems to be Japanese (which is fairly common with foreign language dubs - to leave music undubbed since the lyrics generally aren't significant to the plot, and it's more about the emotion conveyed by the music).
That said, the entire scene sounds like some sort of scary porno without any visuals to go with it.
